Zomato — fooling people | |||||
Zomato system constantly showing incorrect timing. I have been waiting for my order for last one hour. I have paid them in advance however i did not get the food delivered on time. The time tracker was showing incorrect timing. At 8:32 it was showing 13 mins and at 8:57 it was showing 10 mins. I have cancelled the order and want my money back. Now they are not ready to refund my money. They are fooling people by showing inaccurate timing. What if someone is in hurry and order as per timing they provide before we order. The tracker is not in sync with watch timing and they count 5 min as 1 min.. You can see the screenshot that i am attaching as a proof and for your reference. Its a worst client experience.
