Zomato — for not refunding money by zomato. | |||
I akanksha vora. I have ordered cake on 23 june and it was cancelled due to location problem and my amount still not refunded. Moreover zomato is not receiving my call and not responding about my complains. It's not about the money but they are not responding which is very unethical. Their customer support is always offline. Where else they are not attending calls. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear team, I am your gold member since 2 yrs. Last zomato order I have to cancel as I am new to bhubneswar with my in laws and Your zomato Staff didn't cooperate. Now in my new order they are adding extra charges. Kindly delete my previous order cost. It is very unprofessional that zomato people cheating people like this.
