Zomato — for refund and not behaving well

Hey i order food from through zomato due server issue my current location is showing another place... But i mentioned whole address for deliver now your delivery boy calls in customer care said the address is far 3 km from online location but i already mentioned whole address and i received call from zomato customers care and last name is radhaeshe said we can't deliver your and we didn't give you refund please escalate this matter to ceo but we didn't provide you refund now this is the policy how you treat your customers
