I had ordered from zomato on 9th march 2019 at 2p. M, after waiting for 45 mins for the order which i could see was on the way, suddenly i got a message from zomato saying that my order was cancelled because my number was not reachable. My number had full signal and i was not on a call at that point in time so it could not have been busy either. My order id [protected].
When i called the delivery boy he said that he called me on a number provided by zomato because they dont give the customer's actual number. How can zomato say that it couldnt be a problem with their call routing system and it was a problem from my end? Why should the customer be penalised and the server not take any responsibility?
