Zomato — Foreign Objects found in most Items ignored by Zomato, No Resolution.

This is a serious matter that Zomato ignored and provided the worst resolution. I was waiting for my food and got the disgusting items that ruined my dinner also I couldn't order it again or send it back and couldn't eat the dinner because of Zomato. I called the restaurant also and told them about the problem. Zomato doesn't have any instant solution and you don't even regret your mistakes. This is not how the business should be done. I've seen the resolution of Swiggy and other apps, they actually listen to the problem and at least talk to their customer and provide either a full refund or a genuine resolution.
The problems I got with:
I have ordered 5 different food items from the restaurant Al Baik's Broasted. There was no seal on the food packing. While I was eating, I found a strand of hair or I don't know what they were in my food.

1. Two Chicken Cheeseburgers I ordered were missing.2. Chicken Wings--Small pieces of hair (Attached photos)
3. Chicken Nuggets--Small pieces of hair (Attached photos)4. Chicken Leg 4--Small pieces of hairs (Attached photos)5. Chicken Nuggets -- It was ok and eatable.

I was quite shocked and disappointed by this discovery and tried to connect with a Zomato executive but all I got was an email to tell me the problem so I can get a Review as a resolution.
I know how Zomato treat its customer so I immediately clicked the photos and made a video because I knew Zomato won't connect me to an executive immediately.
My order value was Rs.1583 and Zomato is refusing to give a refund even though it should know that this is a serious concern and treated with a police complaint. I've seen the customer in a restaurant how they react to the foreign material found in their meal and the restaurant gets closed. It is a matter of serious concern because the restaurant can misuse the platform and Zomato is not even concerned about it. Zomato thinks the resolution is best but still cannot dare to talk with your customer. I have my office and other family members who I've told the problem and told them to stop ordering from the platform after I showed the replies I got from Zomato. I would have to Tweet and post about the frauds of Zomato and I'm also preparing an article for the same title.
I want to ask Zomato to inquire about the matter and provide me a refund because that would be their responsibility and my problem should be resolved on time in a proper manner and not ignore my messages with foolish or automatic statements.
