Zomato — fraud and stealing customers money | |
Once i ordered and billed for 326rs. I never received the food. Restaurant phone number wasnt working. Zomato valet first said he is on the way. After two hours he said that he didn't received any order in my name/ from that restro. Zomato chat doesnt work. My money gone. I compalimed thru feedbacks and emails. Nothing yet. Another 160rs. Refund not intiated yet. Restaurant coudnt fullfil my order hence they had cancel. I got looted lol. Was this information helpful? | |
