Zomato — fraud - customer care

I ordered from zomato today at 1am - order number - [protected], app status didn't change for half an hour, i checked with customer support they said the delivery executive has already assigned and your food is on the way! I could still not see any such thing on app!

After 10min my app showed me that my ordered has been delivered!!!

I asked the customer care and he told me that he is trying to call the delivery executive but he is not responding to their call (Round of applause).

My order was supposed to reach by 1:20am and at 2am their customer executive is asking me to still wait!!

I have not received any order, i slept hungry and angry!!!

And they refunded me 14rs!!!

14rs!! Seriously!

Our order hasn't been placed but the money has been debited from account
I ordered food on 1/12/18 but due to transaction failure order got cancelled, but money from my account has been debited.Kindly, do the need ful to refund the money.
