I have placed the order from Zomato and paid the amount online. This is not the first time I have ordered then the delivery boy called me and telling that I will not come in your location and then he cancelled the order then I complained to Zomato on chat they told that they will not refund I also demand for re delivery they said they will not do and the rider also using bad language

I have ordered food on june 6th 300 rs and hotel they canceled order then they refunded me 69 rs, then i chat with them for proper refund .. [protected]
now they are saying unable to refund

Zomato taken all my order cost as penalty in the name of food preparation while I ordered only on the shelf items i.e. Sweets. Also I cancelled my order within minutes. How can they operate unethically. Is this the way they make profits?
