I have purchased a gift card worth Rs.250 from zomato and ordered 2 beef biriyani and they delivered two chicken biriyani by mistake. So i contacted their customer care and they refunded the amount back in my gift card balance. After that whenever i try to use that balance amount they will not allow to do so. i can pay from my bank account or cash on delivery everything is fine but if i try to use the gift card balance they will fail that transaction purposefully. When i tried to order food above the gift card balance i used my credit card for the extra amount. They will not allow transactions which is using the gift card balance and hence the amount paid by credit card is also lost. That transaction was on September 27 and still no refund. I tried contacting their customer care multiple times but they dont care.
