I had ordered at kabab magic on zomato. There was some confusion about the address and the rider had called me and got it cleared. Within a minute i got a call from customer service and they told that they'll cancel the order and the money will be refunded. But when i checked the order summary it said that they can't refund the amount because i had denied the order as i was not able to collect it. I tried to contact the customer service but they also said the same thing. I want my money back to my paytm wallet as there was no mistake on my side.
