Zomato — haven't received the order after payment

Worst experience with zomato today... I paid for kfc and haven't received the order... But in app it is showing that order delivered successfully... I contacted the zomato team but they are saying that they have cross checked and order was delivered... I never thought that a big food service like zomato will also cheat its customers..
I want my money back... I want refund
Please solve this issue... Please

[protected] this is the delivery boys number...if zomato is thinking that I'm lying they can ask him whether he delivered my order or not... disgusting zomato...
