Zomato — Haven't received the refund | |
On 30th Sept, 2020 at 11:45AM. My order was cancelled by Jusba restaurant, Irimpanam, Ernakulam, Kerala and my order was paid through UPI. Later i got a message from Zomato saying that the refund will be initiated within 7 working days and i haven't received my refund of Rs151 yet. What's this ZOMATO ?? Now its more than 7 days and i was waiting for my refund till yesterday and there is a no sign of refund. Pls help me out and give a positive reply.
