Zomato — I am complaining about food not being delivered | |||||
I ordered food from empire restaurant via zomato and the executive was assigned for delivery after 1hr of placing order. Later after 2omins i get a call from zomato saying the order was damaged on the way while doing the delivery (Which i feel reason is not true) but i told them to go back to restaurant and get the replacement (Which was agreed by zomato executive) but after half an hour i get a msg saying that order is cancelled and amount will be refunded (Really pissed off). Now, i have few questions. 1) while the order is on the way and it's already late for delivery and the order is damaged. Who is responsible for that? Zomato or restaurant. If zomato, is paying back the refund right way to solve it? After making your customer wait for hours? Instead of refunding why can't i get a new order? 2) the executive assigned to my order left the restaurant and stopped at some place for half an hour. Is there a chance that he ate my food and later tells zomato that order is damaged? Or will my order go back to restaurant as damaged? (Bcoz executive never picked my call when i saw he is paused at some location for half an hour) Order details- Order id-[protected] Order placed date and time - 09-june-2018. @ 10:19pm. Got first call from zomato at 11:48pm And finally got message that order is cancelled at 12:15am. Delivery executive name-mahendra. Delivery executive number-[protected]. . This is something really unacceptable. I want proper answer to my questions. Bcoz of you guys i have too sleep without dinner (Second time). Was this information helpful? | |||||
