Zomato — I am complaining about my orders that has been not delivered and not refunded by zomato

This is to complain about the services which zomato is providing to its customers that is totally dissatisfying and pathetic. The matter of fact is that i have placed an order on (11/2018) but i did not get the food. While having a word with zomato care they said that no one was there at home to receive the food that is not true so the delivery boy returned back and gave that food to a street person just because it got cold.

Moreover, as suggested by your executive i sent my brother to the given address to pick the food as you were unable to deliver it to my address but neither they gave the food nor they replaced it. That clearly depicts what you guys have done with my money.

Laconically, by hook or by crook i want my money back. I want the refund of rs.389.2 asap else i will file a case against you and go to consumer court. I have an extreme intolerable experience with zomato and definitely, i will never recommend it to anyone. You guys are just making money by eating the bread and butter of many natives. I want the refund anyhow within this week only.

I would like to inform you that during the time of placing the order i have mentioned the address correctly as you guys have not written/informed anywhere that we need to save the address again and again. That means if i am using zomato outside my home anywhere and placing the order than definitely, i will put the address of the location where i want to eat it and it does not mean that i have to eat food only at my home just because i have saved the address of my home only. It is seriously ridiculous that you are giving me such a rubbish reason for my refund. If you guys have changed your rules than that is not my call and when your rider come to the wrong place and food got returned i have sent my brother to pick the cold food from the restaurant as suggested by your executive but even then they denied and said that the rider gave that food to a poor street person. What the hell is this???

I neither got my food even after being there nor my money back.

Do not force me to go to consumer court because i want refund at any cost. Please arrange a callback from your senior.
