Zomato — I am complaining about my Zomato ID terminate

Dear sir/madam
My name is Selvakumar I'm from coimbatore Tamilnadu I worked at Zomato more than 2years my FE I'd is -FE848262 This month( 17/10/2023 ) I'm going online on Zomato First I have received beach order to pizza Hut I accept go to restaurant Mark arrived and go to ask order details to restaurant person they say please wait some time then I said ok after 20 minutes they not give a food again I asked restaurant they said we have received any order our server issue then restaurant person takes picture of order details again they said please wait I'm said ok at tha time I worngly pick up the order immediately I call tha customer care explain tha issue I Worngly pick up the order customer care person says we can't revise back please wait for food ready and deliver the order I'm said ok then few minutes wait and ask to restaurant they said we have not received order till now restaurant person says we can't prepare your order with out we have receive order please call customer care cancel tha order then I'm call customer care explain tha order issue restaurant have not received order then customer care person confirm to restaurant after cancel the order of with out picking order and again I call customer care explain tha issue again I said please cancel tha order then customer care person confirm to restaurant then cancel tha order this order is i worngly picking order that time customer care person says sir you worng pick tha order we can't do anything this order cancel we Mark your side problem then customer care person cancel tha order after my I'd going to terminate I'm shocked immediately I call TL explain tha issue he check he say I'd terminated by legal security reason please give a mail to( legalsecurity) your side after that we can't do anything after I give a mail to legal security explain tha issue return i have received a mail your I'd terminated by due security concerns we can't activate your I'd again I mail to legal security they give a reply to same mail repeatly I call to TL they give mail can't activate your I'd he says sorry I can't do anything this is a issue
I'm worked at Zomato full time I'm not go anywhere till now and expat to activate my ID till now no use
Please help me to activate my ID back
Please clear the issue soon as possible
