Zomato — I am complaining about refund for an order | |
I ordered food from zomato but the order was incorrect so they told me they would refund the amount to my bank account but they still haventd done it and they do not reply to the messages in customer regarding this matter. It has happened to me before but i didnt take strict actions against it. This is totally unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Was this information helpful? | |
