Zomato — I did not get my order for 5 hours, and the order was cancelled saying rider not allotted | |||
ORDER ID : [protected] Yesterday I ordered Biryani and paneer Tikka, I did not get proper delivery options so I ordered from "Aroma's Hyderabadi Biryani house, Hinjewadi, Pune. I got an order confirmation from zomato. Th order was being prepared since 5 hours. That was the status . I ordered at 12:00 and till 5 :00 pm I did not get any updates rather than a cancellation order. I even reached out to the chat assistance they told me that it would be done soon. I was waiting to have a nice biryani on EID. but could not do so. I had paid for it already hence had to wait for it. I did not like the way we were made to wait for nearly 5 hours. I finally got there to get the order myself, and they said it does not work that way. I did not get my food there too. I finally got some fries for myself and the day, such an aspuscious day was ruined. I feel really bad the way zomato did not call or update me and the first and last update was order cancellation.
