[Resolved] Zomato — I m complaining about the service | |||||
I have ordered the food from zomato yesterday night 10:30! The order was very quick. I have ordered for chicken biryani for which i have received some masala rice where immediately i have approached the customer service team through chat and informed that i have been given wrong order and the orders food is als rotten. Upon taking my issue they have just denied my issue. They were very impolite and brought me to this extent. I donot understand we guys look like fools to just order food at that point of time just like that and complaint against them. Are we that jobless?? My concern was unheard and it was reflected by them in a impolite manner. Soo i m writing here. Kindly refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
