Zomato — I ordered biryani and found hair on it

I raise concern about I found hair on the biriyani box. And I attached picture with it. But the helpline agent talk with me very rudely and dont giveme refund for my issue.. They say I am lied to him.. Please check my issue and give me my money back. I attached the biriyani picture with this email. Is paid via phone pe. They told me about refund only for one item.
