Zomato — I paid 393 but got refunded less order no [protected]

[protected] order no i had paid 390 some thing and zomato cancelled the order and paid back 323 and 75 as coupon from my own money... When i asked the zomato rep via chat they mentioned that it is a technical issue and i will get rest of the amount within 24 to 48 they stated this thrice and i still have not been paid back...

Y do zomato cheat their customers...
