Zomato — i received partial items of. my order | |||
I kept order via zomato at sangeetha veg restaurant for two items namely onion uthappam and wheat halwa but to my surprise when i received the delivery at 12.00am and came to room opened and saw the package but wheat halwa was missing. I tried to contact zomato person through their chat window in app but they did not respond though it is showing chat wait time as 1 minute. Secondly then i called to restaurant people for the same they responded stating they handed over the item to zomato rider. So the wheat halwa was missing from the order and zomato people are so insensitive to customer issues... I want the issue to be resolved with a penalty on them Was this information helpful? | |||
