Zomato — I'm complaining about my money not being refunded

I have ordered a malai kofta, 2stuffed naan and a gajar halwa and paid total amount of rs. 338.0 via online transaction. But the delivery boy didn't come to the mentioned address and the restaurant then cancelled my order mentioning that the provided address was wrong.
Then i contacted to the zomato executive support and they made sure if the address mentioned was right and it was absolutely correct to my knowledge.
It's been 6 days i'm requesting for the refund as the order we're cancelled by their side but no fruitful response is there. I would expect them to pay back the money as they cancelled the order by mentioning wrong reason which i don't agree neither the facts.
