Zomato — im complaining about not refunding money | |||
I have cancelled order and also the restaurant was not able to full fill my order, and delivery person told me for cancellation that the order is cancelled and refund will happen within 2 to 3 days, but zomato help center declined to refund the money, which was online payment by card, help ceny told me that order us dispatched and my phone was unreachable, on the other hand i was continuesly in contact with that delivery person, it is clear lie, that my phone was unreachable, the restaurant also didn't prepared my food then how can it dispatch.
