Zomato — i'm complaining about order cancelation with no justification and no refund given.

I've placed an order on zomato and it got closed without delivery and no refund given for the same. I've been following up since long on twitter but, no response. It's not a matter of money but trust. Zomato will definitely loose customers trust if they maintain such attitude. They should loyal to the customers or shut their services off.
