I have been a regular zomato customer. I had many reviews and posted many photos and am a big time foodie and a regular user of zomato.

But recently my account has been blocked. I wrote a complaint mail but it was unresolved.

I had a few genuine concerns that i had raised which were not addressed, and which is why i had persistently raised complaints with regard to the same particular order. My issue was unresolved and i had even ignored the same but after a few days i realised that my account had been blocked by zomato for no fault of mine.
Kindly unnblock my account.

    I ordered the food on 25th december around 7:30 pm from zomato app for dominoes pizza at mayur vihar phase 3, which was schedule to get deliver at 8:31 pm. The pizza never got deliver — dominoes deny to deliver it. Now, zomato and dominoes both are denying to refund my money — rs.423
    I wrote to zomato customer care centre — they refuse to refund and said it would be done by dominoes team. But, dominoes people said we never took your order as we can't deliver it.
    Moreover, it was never written over zomato app that dominoes delivery or in case o[censored]ndelivered food would be handle by dominoes and customer need to deal with dominoes customer care centre.
    I want my money back

      I placed order of my food today at 9 pm but the delivery boy was not able to find my location. I continuously talked to him tried to explain my location even i shared my location through map to him on his personal mobile number yet he was not able to deliver. Now its already 10:30 pm. And still he was not able to find my address. I contacted customer support and asked him to cancel my order and refund my money but evn he dint helped me. So i am sending you the screenshot of my conversation and delivery confirmation's image { Although i have'nt recieved my food}
      so i am raising this complaint and i want an answer for all these and my money back.

        My entire Zomato account is blocked. I can't access Zomato gold and cant explore restaurant, Ordering services is also disabled. After contacting zomato team i got mixed replies from them. In email they told me that my account is blocked due to suspicious activities but on call they told me its not blocked and they'll rectify it.
        The error on my app is account blocked due to suspicious activities.

          I have not received my refund of amount 110rs and its been already upto 48 hrs. N i have mailed them already yet not assurence of refund. As i have done chat with your team in the zomato app they also confirmed that amount is not refunded yet. Why it is taking such long time to refund my money-110rs. I request you to concern about this.

            I placed my very first order in zomato and after the payment portal it just said "couldn't place order" while the amount has been debited from my account. When enquired about it, the customer service told me the amount will be refunded within 7 days! And that i should try placing the order again. Further more they sympathise the situation i'm in and again tells me to try again, telling the problem was a poor gateway failure. So much for ordering from zomato!

              Have been a regular customer of zomato and used to frequently order food from their app, sometimes even thrice a day. Twice, i ordered food from a restraunt, which had labelled the food with a green dot on their page on zomato (Green dot in a square box signifying vegetarian food). I complained to zomato and after sometime they did provide me a refund for wrong order. I then continued to order via their app, and a day after, my account was blocked and i recieved an email saying that my account was blocked due to suspicious activities. Please do look into the matter as it us wrong on their part to make their customers suffer who majorly contribute to their profits.

                Someone synced his mobile no.in my zomato i'd and tried to order and my account got blocked. Both my numbers have been blocked by zomato without any reason. No fraudulent activity has been performed on my accounts. Please help. I am unable to order anything online anymore from zomato. Try to resolve this issue as soon as possible eagerly waiting for response

                  I had ordered Chicken Briyani at Zomato from Thalapakatti Briyani on 16th December with the order number [protected] . But the food was Delivered, again I asked zomato they says your number was not reachable so we cancelled your order but my mobile is not in out of coverage on that time, also they didn't refunded the amount I paid

                  The refund is not a big issue, but I had waited for around 2 hours for the food, It really hurts me a lot, After I said I will go to the consumer complaint and I will put this issue in social media they said we will refund your amount, but within 2 minutes of cancelled msg I spoke with them I am waiting for the food kindly deliver my order but they said we can't able to do also your order amount is equal to the cancellation charge like that .

                  They cheated also it hurts me a lot, I need solution for this issue from zomato, kindly do the needful

                    B) Cold

                    upon taking the issue with customer support they have ben just differing the issue, that it is under consideration we will get back to you .

                    the total amount is 1600 rs and in the first instance ### gave a credit of 70 rs

                    and again did the same thing

                    I have emailed the organisation also and they don't bother to reply either

                      Customer chat team person not cancelled my order within a 1 mintue of time they are accepted by mistakenly i selected cash on delivery after that i want pay through paytm include 50% off offer but there are not cancelled my order and riased penality against to my zomato id is this correct

                        Today i ordered food through online the amount is debited from bank i got the message but the transaction i had done for food order is not yet completed but amount is debit. How can i get money. I ordered through promo code tasty50 on december 24 2018 i checked with bank they said amount is paid to zomato. Kinldy check from your end. And refund my amount

                          We order the food from anand vaishno dhaba from uttam nagar on 23 dec 2018 and but quality of the food is not same as we order the food everytime from same dhaba by swiggy and boxes were not sealed by your zomato tempared tape as u said., boxes were sealed by normal cellotape and your services not satisfactory and you should be close your app.

                            Zomato is such a fraud. I ordered food from zomato and they didn’t deliver the food. The delivery person refused the delivery and they do not even have a complaint number to talk with. They are cheating people, the delivery boy that they have are all useless, no manners to talk!

                            I want to file a complaint against the online fraud they are doing to people!

                            You guys are making money by simply cheating people. Cheaters and liars!

After 15 minutes i got a call from dominos that they can not deliver my order so they are cancelling this order. I talked with zomato chat support and they didn't even helped me.                                 I have ordered briyani and i was waiting for nearly one hour. After that restaurant says the food is over. But my money is deducted. I asked delivery person to cancel my order. They too cancelled it but still they didn't refund my money. No customer care numbers are working. Very poor support. I have called one customer care number but they are not picking up. Really poor service. Kindly help me to refund my money

                                    Restaurant confirmed food is not prepared and also delivery guy didn't tell me that he has the order or not. I mentioned clearly that if order is not prepared then cancel if not don't.

                                    Now not getting response from anyone. Neither i got my money back nor got food. Now the customer care team are telling food was prepared. While canceling they didn't tell anything.

Wo bolte hai ki mujhe restaurant jaakar order pick karo

                                      My Order NO::ZTD18D0434C9FE68BC0F, i m not doing any single transaction on 15Dec2018 but zomato deducted some amount from my PAYTM wallet i requested for refund.
                                      I have ordered from Zomato but due to some problem it wasn't delivered but domino's initiated the refund but Zomato haven't yet refunded the amount.

                                        I ordered dinner for me... But after i competed payment process... They (Zomato) cancelled my order. Rs - 263.4 deducted from my account but i didn't got ordered food. I asked a zomato boy, how can i get back my money and he said i'll get my money within 24 hours. But i didn't got my money yet. It's embracing... Send my money to my paytm wallet..
