I have ordered a biryani from their counter and made online payment also. After sometime i got the message of cancelled order. When i contact them they said that delivery boy can not get response from me when he phoned. Actualy i did not get any call from them. When i asked for refund they refused to return my payment.
This way i have lost both food & also money.
