Zomato — incorrect food item delivered | |
Dear team, I ordered for dynamic shrimps and customized thai green curry to fish fillet as i am allergic to chicken and avoid as much as possible. For that i paid an extra amount for changing it to fish fillet. My food order was [protected]. However, i was shocked and extremely disappointed to see that the thai curry i ordered didn't have fish but it only had strips of chicken. I couldn't eat the dish as i was scared i might get rashes. Also, i was alone so could not share with anyone. So the thai curry was a waste and i had to discard it. Further, the food was ordered at 2007hrs. It was mentioned that the food will arrive at 2057. I kept calling frantically to the restaurant atleast 20 times but they did not revert. Eventually they responded at 2145hrs and sent my food. I received it around 2200hrs. Almost 2 hours. It was a pathetic experience. I got a response from zomato which was absolutely unsatisfactory. The agent was highlighting about taste and not about wrong food item. I am trying to reach them since oct 07 and i have been unsuccessful. I request you to process my refund as soon as possible. This is not acceptable and i never expected the restaurant would be so casual in their business. Awaiting a positive reply from your side. Was this information helpful? | |
