Zomato — incorrect item received and refund not credited | |||
I have ordered a vegetarian item on 3.05.2019 but received a non veg one as being a pure vegetarian I complaint zomato and the concerned restaurant regarding this. Both misguided me on this. Zomato official asked me to send the photo and I followed the instructions and he promised me to refund my amount. However it has not been credited yet. The restaurant person asked me to order a different item so it could be replaced and I did the same but later he asked me to cancel the order and for this zomato has charged penalty on me. Your service is really disappointing. Firstly, you haven't paid my refund amount moreover you have charged penalty. The worst service ever. Was this information helpful? | |||
