I have ordered a Special Chicken Biryani from Zomato on Aug 14th and instead of the restaurant packs the curry and rice separately instead of chicken curry I got a veg Manchuria and when I called restaurant they said "you ordered via Zomato contact Zomato, they would refund the money" when I asked for help and lodged a complaint the Zomato isn't responding and on sending a mail I got a reply saying "we cannot give a refund instead go and give rating to restaurant", and they are not replying back to my other mails also.
