Zomato — Incorrect order, issue with taste, quality and packaging and no customer support

I ordered cheese Burst pizza and burger from Zomato. Instead of cheese Burst what I received is veg pizza plus the quality of base was so worst . It was so hard to eat. In addition the packaging of burger was worst. The burger get sticked to packaging. It was gift from me to my friend. It was wastage of my time money and emotions. Now I have to order something else for my friend which will cost me double. When I asked for refund Zomato declined it. I want my complete refund. My order number is [protected]
