[Resolved] Zomato — irresponsible

I have ordered a regular chicken biryani from shah ghouse hotel & restaurtant on 17/08/2019. Instead of chicken they sent me eaten bones in biryani. Then i contacted zomato say said there control over the quality of the food delivered by the restaurant is limited. So they cannot do anything. They should atleast take some action so that it won't repeat again.

ill now i have't received any response from Zomato. I don't understand y the complaint status is showing Resoluted
