Last Sunday I have ordered food from Zomato online and paid 418 rupees, I have tired to track delivery boy from long time, called more than 10 times but he didn't responded. After long time he told I have cancelled your order as I didn't pick my phon where the truth is I didn't received a single call from Zomato. Initially I talked in Zomato chat and one of executive told I will get refund my full money and 100 rupees Zomato point for inconvenience. Today again I followed up with zomato executive over chat he told you will not get the 418 rupees, only 100 rupees we will credit at your Zomato account. I am really disappointed with the Zomato delivery service, I am a very frequent customer. But from today onwards I can't trust on Zomato. Without my fault I lost my 318 rupees because of the irresponsible delivery boy, and the Zomato executives didn't take any action on it. Really disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
