This is to inform you that we had a get-together at our house due to the janmashtmi celebration and we made a order around 09:13pm from chicago pizza through zomato. The order was worth 1800rs. Later we connected with your delivery partner named Mr Hariram and he simply refused about delivering it. We later talked to your staff and one of your staff named Ms Sapana talked to us but couldn't really help with the problem.
Your brand carries a prestigious name and is recommended by everyone for their delivery services and not cancelled orders. This wasn't the first time we ordered through your app but this time our experience was repulsive. It is such a shame as with a huge brand name you fail to provide a decent service to your customers. Even after contacting several times no solution was found and at the end the order was CANCELLED from ZOMATO'S SIDE without any intimation to us.Please look into this matter as the embarrassing we had to face in front of our guests was insulting. we waited till 12 all hungry while hoping for the food and yet no help was provided . if this is the service you provide im sorry but ill never plan to order from your app again. please take an action regarding your team for not working and doing their job effectively and suggest a compensation for the same.

The amount of rupees 1800 was deducted and hasn't be refund yet. Your poor service was unexpected and i was ashamed in front of my guests. I would never plan to recommend this app to anyone ever again.
