Hello, today on 03.08.2022 i had ordered some items from burger king through zomato vide order no [protected].The items are 8*2 veg crunchy volcano + med fries and 6*5pcs veggie strips, but i received only 4*2 veg crunchy volcano and 6*5pcs veggie strips. After raising complaint regarding missing items Zomato placed another order. However, i have asked for reimbursement of my money because i have placed that order at my work place and office hours are 10 am to 6 pm, zomato support placed the order at 5:49 pm neglecting my request. While again placing order vide order no. [protected] i asked the Zomato support to confirm whether i will receive my rest of the order on or before 6:15 pm and will receive full order. Even after insisting he has neglected again and placed the order. Because i knew that burger king takes time to deliver the order and since it was at office, i cannot afford to receive it after office hours. Even after second order i didn’t receive my rest order. The order which i received are 2*2 veg crunchy volcano + 4 med fries (remaining order was 4*2 veg crunchy volcano + 8 med fries). I am raising this issue because even after requesting to consider my refund at the very initial stage they have again placed the order and even after that i have not received my full order, that is why i want my refund of Rs.1747.30. I have wasted my time at office for this refund and to receive my order. But even supervisor of Zomato haven't helped me with this, I want compensation for wasting my time and for facing mental harassment. With a brand like burger king and zomato we don’t expect this harassment.
