Zomato — Issue with payout not received in bank account and tl not helping . He didn't received a call, I call many time but he is not rece

My 3weeks payout not received in bank account. Because of merge in two banks know I am cleared all thinks properly .I raised ticket to change IFSC code which chat support team is resolved. My 3 week payment is 29march to 18april .I raised tiket for that but nothing will happen. Because the date is not shown. And our new TL is not answering, I call more than 50times in his number but his number is switched off. The behaviour of TL is not good . His number is always switched off. If we in emergency where we should get help. Pls 🙏🏼 do something for my payout.

And also the same thing happened with me I didn't get my 16-22jan week payout.Because of the old bank account was blocked and they are showing that the amount was settled in that account.I have provided all the documents to the TL.He is not responding anymore.
