Zomato — Issue with Recent Order Food Spilled and Spoiled (Order ID: #[protected])

Dear Zomato Customer Support,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent order placed under the name Yash on 6th April 2025 at around 8:30 PM (Order ID: #[protected]).

The order included Malai Chaap and a few other items. Unfortunately, when the delivery arrived, I found that more than half of the Malai Chaap had leaked inside the bag. As a result, the rest of the food also got spoiled and became inedible.

I have attached both images and a video as proof showing the condition of the food upon delivery.

I also tried reaching out through the Zomato in-app customer care chat, but the support did not provide a resolution and failed to address the issue properly.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and issue an appropriate resolution, such as a refund or compensation for the damaged items.
