[Resolved]  Zomato — Items were missing in my order and refund request was denied

I ordered food from subway with order ID [protected].
One of the items in my order - a protein shake was missing

First of all, there is no way to talk to customer service. The bot "Zia" simply asks you to email [protected]@zomato.com which says that it may take upto 72 hours to get a reply which is unacceptable

When i did email them about it with all the proof -
Pictures of the bill and what i received in the parcel, they denied my refund saying that there was nothing missing in the order

This is nothing new from Zomato and this has been happening to other people as well. Strict action should be taken against them

After back and forth for 4 days, Zomato finally refunded the amount for the shake. If I had not lodged a complaint here, they would not have paid attention to my complaint at all
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
