Zomato — kota kachori food | |||||
Hi team, This is in regards with the order i have placed on 10th october 2018 from kota kachori, i have ordered a sabudana khichdi 2 plates and 3 sabudana vada as i was fasting on that day. However i received sabudana khichidi but instead of sabudana vada i received kachori which was absolutely non sense for me as whole day i was fasting and at the end when it was a time for me to open the fast i had to face that nonsense situation. I started chatting with the zomato helping agent, even that person was not helping me at all, was responding very late as well as denied to send the vada again. Inspite of sending the vada's again he mentioned he will give me a refund. I did receive a refund but his response was so late that i was still frustrated and annoyed. The time when i told him that i will go to consumer forum that's when he started responding. Getting a refund was never a help as because of you guys i have to had that kachori for my fast day and that's against my belief's. I am still an unhappy customer, who is, looking forward to go to consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||||
