[Resolved] Zomato — lack of customer care response | |||||
I had placed my order at 11:30 pm using zomato's delivery services. They had promised my items of purchase to arrive at 12:26 am. As i am writing this complaint to you, it is 1:39 am. I still have not received my items of purchase and the customer care support available on the zomato app has conveniently stopped replying. I am stuck here waiting for a response on whether i will get my items of purchase or receive a refund. This has been a very regular ordeal for me with zomato and yet they don't seem to revert to any of my messages. If kindly like to file a complaint against them and will take any means of action.
