Yesterday I ordered food (just one meals and one mini meals) around 12:30 PM. Till 1:30 PM no status on delivery. Tracking shows delayed and 20 mins was standard showing for long time. I tried calling the delivery partner but unable to reach and reached the customer service where they didn't provide proper response. I called the restaurant and they confirmed the food was picked before 1PM.
I ordered food for my parents both are senior citizens and they were hungry but I didn't get any proper response from from the delivery partner. They usually mention 30 minutes delivery. but my point here is just a response that the food will get delivered in this time. Poor customer service.
They have to treat the customer properly and repay for the frustration and stress happened to me yesterday.
