Zomato — misbehaved by the delivery boy | |||
This incident happened on 18/05/019. We have order food from zomato app on 18th evening. The delivery boy called after some time and told as he is unable to find the place. The Map is showing wrong. Then my wife tried to navigate the address but the delivery boy told he will not deliver at my home and called us to a place 1km from my home. He talked very rudely with my wife. But my order should deliver at my home. The delivery boy told whatever the map will show he will go upto there and now it is the responsibility of the customer to collect the delivery. This is not my first order from zomato. Then the customer care called and told that order is cancelled at 9:30pm and ask us to call other number for refund. The story is not yet end. After that the delivery called us and argued with us. So sharing our details like phone no with Zomato is not safe. When we told this to customer care they told you can do what ever you want.
