Zomato — misleading information | |||
Hello i have a restaurant registered on zomato.. Whenever zomato does not have riders available in any area they close the restaurant for ordering but on the their app they show that restaurant is closed for ordering or not accepting orders instead of showing that riders are currently not available... They dont want to bring a bad name to themselves but simultaneously are brining a bad name to the restaurants Further it could be their trick to slowly change the consumer’s behaviour so that their customers may probably shift ordering from their own cloud kitchens Was this information helpful? | |||

I have order food and paid through online. zomato have cancelled my order and saying no refund.
