Zomato — Missing items and harassment with copy paste responses from 23 days

I've ordered something from zomato on 27th of July with Order ID: [protected] and to my surprise I didn't recieve half the items I've ordered and I've immediately raised a concern via email and the wonderful useless Zomato support have been using the same copy paste again and again saying that they have been trying to contact the restaurant and the restaurant didn't respond to them and this is 23rd day and yet they mailed me the same when asked for a resolution. I demand for an immediate resolution and refund of my amount as I'm fed up with the same copy paste replies from their end and request to change the reckless behaviour of Zomato towards the customer who has trusted them for food orders instead of looting and behaving in this manner. Shame on Zomato. Hope you'll atleast resolve this issue.
