I recently had an issue with an order. The item delivered was incomplete. Ordered 500g*2 quantity of sweets. But only 500gm was delivered. Later i have to rush to the shop (Which was almost 2km from my home), the shop owner never bothered to apologize me.. However i wasted my money and time dealing with this order. I am more frustrated and deeply hurt by the behaviour of the staff there.
Although i got the sweets as per the order placed when i visited there, but please let me know the reason for ordering the food from zomato by paying extra delivery charges and extra hidden charges when i had to visit the shop to get the complete order.
I would like to get compensation for this bad experience.
