Zomato — Missing items on order and refund rejected

I have ordered from zomato
ORDER ID: [protected]

One of the time from the list was missing and i requested Zomato for a refund and followed up continuous and i heard that refund os not possible.

As a customer i have every right to demand my money back as items are missed.

Please help me move legally
