Zomato — missing order

Address:Near Best Western hotel B Block Ranjit Avenue Amritsar, Amritsar, Punjab, 143001

I have ordered 3 shakes from the shakes hub on 24 december 2019 at 9.30 pm but i got only 2 shakes and they have taken monday for three shakes, one choco chip shake and 2 kitkat shakes. When i called restaurant they said order didn't flash on their system and given to deliveryman as he asked. He asked for two shakes. Now it spoiled my party which was rediculous in front of everyone. I felt embarrassed.

Please refund my money back.
