Zomato — Missing Paid Items in Zomato Order #[protected] No Refund or Proper Response

I placed an order on 07-May-2025 through Zomato from KFC Chanda Nagar (Order ID: [protected]). Two paid items were missing from the delivery:

1 x French Fries - Large (₹119)

1 x Chicken Popcorn - Medium (₹179)

Only the Chicken Strips Bucket was delivered. I immediately raised a complaint through the Zomato app and also received an automated email from Zomato (Ticket ID:[protected], but they have refused to refund or redeliver the missing items.

Zomato did not try to contact the restaurant, delivery person, or me, and their response was a standard message saying "we are taking feedback." I have paid the full amount and received incomplete service. This is not just poor customer support — it feels like cheating.

I am requesting:

A refund for the missing items

Or appropriate compensation

And strict action against such careless handling of customer complaints
