Zomato — Mobile Blacklisted by Zomato

I Had tried to create a zomato delivery partner account with my mobile number [protected].
All the procedures and steps had cleared by me. Then they requested me an amount of RS 1280 for their bag and accessories, So I paid the amount the bank statement attaching below.
After the payment it shows that delivery of accessories will be available in 2-3 days . So i closed the app and waited.
But today when i try to open the app my account has been logged out automatically so I try to login once more. But the situation goes wrong when i enter my mobile number and request for otp it shows as below attached video.
*Blacklisted mobile phone detected*

I don't know why this happened and what is the reason behind this issue.
Please help me out of this
