Zomato — Money charged but order not delivered

One of the most disgusting services ever experienced on Zomato. I ordered from a restaurant some pantries for Rs 393 and order ID is [protected] and updated the address properly which was confirmed by Zomato. Now, when the delivery guy called me, said he was at the wrong location and told me to pay for his petrol, then only he will deliver the order to my exact address. What a GREAT SERVICE by Zomato. Now I CONTACTed Zomato executive Kagitha. That person told me he won't be able to help me at any cost and the order will not be delivered and here I'm negotiating with the delivery guy for the order to be delivered wow. Now, this is the number of the Delivery guy [protected] along with my order reference ID [protected]. What a great scam by You guys the delivery guy is great he is not at the fault it is Zomato who is responsible to update the address but my order got cancelled and I paid a cancellation charge of Rs 393 and Zomato executive Kagitha said can't help you sir or refund or deliver, we will not not do this again in the future. Is this some kind of Joke going on? Where is the money, where is my order? Why am I liable to pay cancellation charge for ordering and giving a right address. This is soo disappointing and disgusting that made me to to put a legal case on you guys and im not ### sorry for that. I have recorded the voice of the delivery guy claiming the address is not being updated by Zomato and instead a wrong address has been provided by Zomato, so he has to cancel and return the goods to the restaurant owner. He also claimed to be speaking on behalf of this disgusting situation created by Zomato so he gave me his Personal number which I already gave with this message and told me to tell Zomato to talk to him. I Haven't received even after giving a right address, haven't got my money, and have been harassed a lot today by Zomato people.

I completely understand then why you did you refunded my money for another order Rs 173 because thats a small amount both the orders were in different location or mismatch but charges levied for 393 one instead of Rs 173 one wow. You think i will believe your tricky ### business. I will go and complain in consumer FORUM tomorrow just wait your tricky business is over now. I was literally negotiating with that guy for my order even after paying for the same, your app has bugs you fix it why harassing your CUSTOMERs. This is humiliating and disgusting i will put this everywhere no matter what. This is not first time last time i thought it was a mistake again same thing your tricky ### business has to end. Just wait and watch.
