[Resolved]  Zomato — money debited but order did not received

I have paid an online amount of 100/- and my order is not accepted or received.

The money got detected from my bank account and i received a debuted message as well.

But further to it. There is no order receipt alert or have not received any information regarding the same.

Neither the hotel person has received the order itseem.

From which end is the issue?? From zomato or the hotel dealer??

Need an action on the same and revert of money back.
